Scotty's Bum of the Week- Fri, 3/25/16

This week's loser is Rockets center, Dwight Howard

If Dwight Howard played for my favorite basketball team, I don’t know what I would do. I’m serious. I would consider boycotting my team altogether until he was in a different uniform. Howard was linked to the Celtics at the trade deadline, and I’m pretty sure I said a few Our Fathers and kicked in several Hail Marys in hopes that it would keep this waste of talent away. This week's loser is Knicks forward, Carmelo Anthony

This week's loser is Boston Bruins GM, Don Sweeney

He had one job this week, and only one job: trade Loui Eriksson.

He failed.

Again, this isn’t an indictment on Eriksson or what he brings to the table. He’s a good player. But at almost 31 years of age and a few concussions under his belt, the sage decision would have been to move him before you either A- lose him in free agency and be left with nothing, or B- panic and overpay him in free agency; neither being an ideal situation.
